Brett Henry

With over 15 years of experience in sports performance, I have developed athletes at the highest levels—including Division I athletics and Major League Baseball. Most recently, I served as the Head Major League Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Washington Nationals, contributing to a World Series championship organization. This experience defines my approach: training must be intentional, measurable, and directly transferable to performance. My background includes both undergraduate and graduate degrees in human performance, along with industry-leading strength and conditioning certifications. By combining advanced education with professional experience, I have built a system focused on improving strength, power, and sport-specific performance.
