I have been intricately involved in the sports performance world for 15+ years including experience collegiately at the Division 1 level along with professionally in Major League Baseball. Most recently I have served as the Head MLB Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Washington Nationals and I am blessed to be a World Series Champion. My educational background includes both undergraduate and graduate degrees in the human performance fields. Additionally, I have earned numerous highly respected professional certifications. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to acquire an exclusive blend of professional experience and education that I aspire to share through this platform.
