All workouts and programming resources will be accessible through our mobile app. After registration, you will receive instructions on how to download the app and access information to your profile. You are only financially obligated on a monthly term basis. Although we encourage consistency to achieve optimal results, you can elect to cancel or terminate your program at any point with only the current payment cycle being your financial obligation. For the purposes of clarity, the Performance Plan and Team Platform function as individual monthly payments unless otherwise specified while the Membership functions as a subscription service. Regardless of your program, you can either elect to cancel or not renew without further financial obligation beyond the latest payment term.

Yes, you can switch the type of program that you have by simply notifying us of your intentions through contacting us at ([email protected]). If you are selecting an upgraded program, you will receive a pro-rated credit towards that upgrade based on the remaining term of the current program. If you are electing to transition to a less expensive program, you can do so at any time, but the monthly payment of the original selection will carry over to cover the transition through the end of the monthly term at which point the lower price would apply moving forward.

Once the payment has been processed and introductory material is completed, you will receive full access to your profile complete with all relevant resources related to your program. No, you will be able to start almost immediately. The programs are intended for monthly cycles, but the term of your plan will commence upon the completion of payment and finalization of introductory information. From that date, the selected program will be assigned to your profile and the content will cover four weeks in duration regardless of when it began. For the purposes of clarity, our terminology as far as monthly terms is meant to cover a four week time period that is independent of the specific date of a calendar.

We have the ability to customize and adapt more features based upon your specific level or sport with our Performance Plan so that could be a consideration. However, regardless of your program selection, factors such as intensity and volume can always be adjusted to account for your current status.
